João Ornelas Camacho is an associate at RRP Advogados’ Corporate and M&A team.

Biography

His professional activity is mainly focused on Commercial and Corporate Law. Having worked mostly on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance matters.

He has also experience in commercial contracts and privatization transactions.

In addition, he has a strong background in Public & Environmental Law.

Before joining RRP Advogados, he was a trainee and an associate at Abreu Advogados from 2013 to 2017.
