Founding partner Ricardo Reigada Pereira is the office head, and also heads up the firm's Tax and Real Estate teams.

Biography

His extensive experience includes, in particular, a very strong focus on tax and real estate matters, encompassing a wide array of M&A transactions, private equity, corporate restructurings, structured finance, tax litigation, cross-border insolvency, IP and other intangibles relocation, Pan-European real estate transactions, sale & leaseback and triple net lease transactions.

He worked at Linklaters LLP in Lisbon from 2003 to 2016, where he headed the Real Estate team and was a senior member of the Tax team.

He is a lecturer at the Lisbon University School of Law, the author of academic works and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
