Tamara Martins da Fonseca is a senior associate at RRP Advogados’ Real Estate team.

Biography

Her professional activity has been focused on M&A and real estate matters.

She has been providing legal advisory services to clients in the real estate sector, especially on cross-border and local transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, forward purchasing and sale and lease back operations.

She has further been advising clients on the implementation of real estate developments, lease (including triple net leases) and management of real estate assets across different activity sectors, in particular health, retail, office and residential sectors.

Tamara started her professional journey in 2017 with RRP and, before joining the Real Estate team, she also worked with the Labor and Corporate and M&A teams of RRP Advogados.
