Founding partner Ricardo Reigada Pereira is the office head, and also heads up the firm's Tax and Real Estate teams.
His extensive experience includes, in particular, a very strong focus on tax and real estate matters, encompassing a wide array of M&A transactions, private equity, corporate restructurings, structured finance, tax litigation, cross-border insolvency, IP and other intangibles relocation, Pan-European real estate transactions, sale & leaseback and triple net lease transactions.
He worked at Linklaters LLP in Lisbon from 2003 to 2016, where he headed the Real Estate team and was a senior member of the Tax team.
He is a lecturer at the Lisbon University School of Law, the author of academic works and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
Ricardo is considered, since 2008, a leading individual in Tax, according to Chambers Europe, and recommended for his work by Legal 500. Since 2012, he is also designated as one of the outstanding practitioners in Tax, according to Euromoney’s Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisers.
